The NextOpen DLL was designed to fetch the open of the next bar without any of the baggage that TradeStation imposes. It allows you to create multidata charts and still use the DLL, which is not allowed in TradeStation. It does not impose the restriction of having to wait till the open of the next bar for a bar to be complete. It is great for backtesting.
